Growing towards excellence

Would you like to become a better person? If I did a survey people that question, I'm sure that would receive the 100% answer Yes!

Let me ask you a question:

"Who started today decide on one thing that would be"
"are you aware and working today to make them a better person?"

This question recently to a room full of people and only
someone said yes!

Many of us have wishes and aspirations that we would like to see fulfilled in our lives, but actively are not taking steps to make things happen. It can be difficult to establish a relationship between what is happening today to the results that we would like to see in the future. However the future ready for today, the decisions and the way in which we invest our time and energy.

Most people want to be the best that can be, but get discouraged because it seems like a huge mountain to get there. We live near the Burnaby mountain and often there to take the dogs for a walk. There is a really nice road near the bottom, shaded by trees, along the banks of a stream, however, when it is time to start walking up the Hill steep perspective seems daunting. I can never walk up without pause for a break somewhere. The most pronounced part of the Hill, each step seems an enormous effort, and eventually stop to get my breath. When I look back, however, it is surprising to realize how much I have come. My perspective everything changes! Normally, the process of walking is automatic. When we walk, our minds focus on other things unless the course gets tough. We make progress, but it is not a conscious process. This is because walking has become a natural habit for us. This is also true of life and the skills you learn. The mechanics of driving a vehicle become second nature, such as skills become so well practiced and family that we do think not aware through each action. It becomes almost instinctive so natural for us as breathing.

Steadily to become the best in our lives that we need to create new habits that we moved there. In the first application a new behavior, create the pattern or action in our lifestyle is a very conscious act. It's like walking until the most pronounced part of the mountain. However, it is only in the initial stages. Only has 30 days to form a new habit. Then that positive habit in our life becomes more a natural part of us. Move to the more subconscious part of our life.

Pat Riley said "the excellence is gradual of always trying to do it better".

Trip starts to move more excellence in his life, and it will continue to be a small step at a time. A small step to the day is much more effective that to make a resolution to give a great leap forward and then not make no progress for some time.

Gradual - is a process and not see that immediately results can be disappointing. Something useful to do is to establish small milestones with some reward motivated when achieved. It is good to have the attitude and the habit of always trying to do better in all areas of life all the time. However I would also suggest a focus on one main thing at a time, and as usual becomes your life, select another area of focus.
Always - has to be every day; a small discipline at the beginning makes a good habit. I would suggest to develop as part of his morning routine, a time and place when deliberately to pause and reflect on the new lifestyle habit you are currently working on. During that time consider your specific goals for that day. What art specifically you going to do or how you can change a pattern of thinking to strengthen its growth in this area?. Set a goal for the day. It is useful to read or take a short sentence or appointment that motivate and remind your goal during the day. Perhaps a post note in the car, or kitchen as a form of reorientation during the day, it must be a daily conscious act, otherwise days lost are converted into weeks, despondency sets and it is easy to give up to. When a new habit is formed and is part of your lifestyle when you return you will be amazed to changes that will be.

To take withdrawals even only a couple of minutes at the beginning of your day it is a very powerful key and works well. We all need frequent encouragement and motivation. It is also an excellent way to start your day positively and will set the tone for the day.
