Steve Pavlina lists in personal development for smart People (see my book review here), three basic principles of personal development as truth, Love and power.
When connecting the rules, you'll receive secondary principles of personal development; truth in conjunction with gives you Love, Love and unity Power link give Courage and Truth of Power gives you All of the Office., six principles together combine to give the seventh principle of personal development: intelligence.
Steve says that these core principles are universal and can be divided into smaller pieces and already thinking, if they are really the core principles of personal development, then the inverse is also true.
Basic principles of personal Atrophy, as opposed to personal development, should be then falsehood, apathy and vulnerability of.
When you refuse to face the truth, to deceive yourself and live in falsehood, also known as denial.
The opposite of love is not hate, it is apathy when hate, you're still polarisation, but when you are apathetic even cannot get yourself to care so much hatred, much less love.
And while you're there, you can almost siegnieciem mobilise all can change your life.
The more direct your life towards falsehood, apathy and powerlessness, the more will examine your life instead of improving.
Separation, Timidity and Submission secondary rules Atrophy.
When living in denial and cannot be bothered to care, feel separately from your life, environment and other living beings.
When you're bezsilnosci and apathetic, you can live life timidly because believe you are entitled to overcome challenges, lack of motivation to even try.
Living in denial and there you can live in a submission or passivity. instead of being power in your life, you can allow yourself to bow down to the circumstances.
Six principles could become personal Atrophy foolishness. towards truth, Love and power is a smarter way to live your life, in the direction of falsehood, apathy and powerlessness is niemadrym way to spend it.
I cannot add on to Steve's book here, I think it did already quite a good job.
I offer personal principles Atrophy as food for thought and seven fundamental principles of personal development are good gauge strive, seven fundamental principles of personal Atrophy can serve as warning signs, where you don't want to go.
P.S.By the way And have not been consulted Steve when I made this … I wonder if I nailed it. What do you think?
P.P.S.After Steve emails, have changed ' Fear ' to ' Timidity "; Steve reminded me that Courage is not the lack of fear, but acting in spite of it also amended ' Weakness ' to ' Submission ', which also has a meaning as the opposite of the Office.
P.P.P.S.After thinking more about it, I think you nailed it, Steve in his book, Especially since. it appears that the principle of reverse hold true.
