Volunteer work in your local library or charity shop a couple of hours a day, or perhaps only one day a week. Your local hospital is likely to be in need of a volunteer if nothing more than just to talk to people who are alone and have no one to visit them. Help others always makes you feel better especially if you can see that enjoyed or have benefited from it.
Take a little time every day waiting for you. You cannot be any good to other people if you do not care for yourself. Prepare a full bubble bath and relax, take a walk alone or maybe go to the library and reading, bring home a book to read and relax.A little something for yourself every day really helps to relax you and may you feel better.
